Gil Martinez is the founder of GMA International, a multidisciplinary planning and design firm specializing in destination resorts and country clubs, hospitality developments, and luxury real estate. With over four decades of experience, Gil has become known for his ability to blend architectural heritage with contemporary lifestyle design and development.
As Master Planner and Architect for ESV’s Racquet Club Palm Springs, Gil masterminded the site’s comprehensive layout, including 60 pickleball courts, 12 tennis courts, 10 padel courts, a 225-room luxury hotel, wellness spa, residences, and a signature restaurant venue. His plan harmonizes mid-century modern aesthetics with scalable operational efficiencies.
Gil’s previous projects span the globe, with clients ranging from world class elite investors, premier land owners, and top hospitality brands to private developers. His designs and developments reflect long-term livability, visual harmony, and investor-aligned functionality.
